cyclone car alarm

hey guys a mate wants a cyclone c300 car alarm , i think its off ebay, i was just wondering if anyone here has installed one or knows if there any good?

if your mate loves his car, i would stay clear. if its just some daily that no one would steal and the alarm is for some security and remote lock/unlock then only i would get it.
cheap alarms=crap or no security=problems
p.s. it also doesnt seem to be black wiring, which some insurance companies require

well if your friend is goner install it , then 50bucks for an alarm on a daily driver is good price, especially since u get an alarm + remote unlock/lock.
but depending on the car + where u get it installed its goner cost you on installation. so especially if ur friend is actually after security then i would get a better alarm with black wiring.
