Hmmm you could check carsales.com.au
Accord Euro drivers would probably have less tendency to drive it "hard" and take it to the track (relatively speaking of course, in comparison with say Skyline drivers). So you wont have to overly worry about those things.
I have mine on sale if you're interested, but it's a manual.

who says accord euro's don't drive it hard.
Honda is general are very reliable cars.
Best idea for anyone buying a 2nd hand car is low mileage and newer model(more features) for the cheapest price and check out whatever features you want included so that will depend on what model you'll buy.
anyhow this will be probably moved to where/wanted to buy section.
check carsales/cars for sale section on OH/ check your local paper
Hope this helps.

personally i find euros to be rather reliable cars, i hardly baby mine and it holds up well the front is pretty spacious and the rear is somewhat cramped im sure people who modify or race euros only make up a small sample of the population of euro owners but were lucky enough to have a type r variant in japan making modifications easily accessible, also the tsx in the U.S,
although i dont think there have been many long term problems with the euro apart from some creaks and squeaks you may like to check out this thread.

there is heaps of online support and plenty of great forums and members who have helped out new owners such as myself is you ever have any problems.
apart from that the euro is a fun and reasonably economical car and much cheaper to maintain compared to European cars but some may complain about lack of rear or boot space, but personally i dont have that problem.
I guess it all comes down to what you need or are looking for in a car.

They are the best, bang for buck wise... for the features you get, you'd have to go for a beemer, lexus etc for twice the money. They're sexy, reliable and fun to drive.. and when done up nicely, get ALOT of looks..
But maybe I'm just biased cos I'm a happy owner

I love the car....but the issues I've had after buying it second hand are.
Creaking clutch (Doesn't creak on the first start of the day, after that it comes).
Parker bulb dead (few bucks to replace, fairly normal)
Light behind my seat warmer button blew
Cigarette fuse blew.
As of today...my Aircond exploded. lol.
Other things that are a bit annoying
Poor rear visability
When driving slowly in first gear (eg shopping center car park), the car jerks like crazy (at random)
What I love?
EVERYTHING ELSE!
Great to drive, decent power, great efficiency (but its on PREMIUM)
Style...oh man, I love the lines on this car
The sound system that comes stock is very impressive

LOL ken-f you have a few of my problems like seat warmer button light is blown, can't be stuffed fixing it as the warmer still works.
yeh, the euro is pretty sensitive in first gear, rev it more and drop the clutch before it shudders.
You don't have dash rattle? I've got it.
Your rear windscreen fogs up easily? <--- mine does due to age.

Crapdaz, the bulb costs $9.95 to replace from Honda.
I dont have dash rattle. BUT another thing I've heard recently which lead up to my exploding a/c was that every few seconds, my car sounded like it was .... breathing. ahah.
As for the jerky movement, its not shuddering..its just jerky, the more you press, the jerkier it gets. I just pull it out of gear and pop it back in.
Windscreen fogs up only on a cold night, then i just use demister. I wouldnt say it fogs up 'easily' altho....i havent had my car for that long.

hahaha but from your year make it seems like you got one similiar to me.
i bought the leds one from superbright but will need change them to another type cause they are stuffing up.
think my clutch is a bit soft now, might need changing doesn't pull as it use to.
Anyhow to the OP - the euro is a bang for buck car, besides the little itty bitty rattles etc, it is worth it.
The quality compared to other cars are like no other in its price range, the quality is top notch (maybe some little flaws as not all cars are perfect).
It has decent power for a family/medium car.

lol @ little itty bitty rattles, they can easily be taken care of. Mine is rattle free ftw
But yeah, good value, very reliable, engine and tranny are smooth and powerful (especially the 6MT), and still looks sharp and flash considering its a 2003 design :p

Aside from the rattles and squeaks the biggest problem with buying a Honda are the Dealers. They just have no clue.
If you must buy a Honda find a good mechanic to work on your car and pray you have no warranty issues.

perhaps look for a 2007 base model for around the same price, that way you'll get almost 2 years honda warranty (and purchase an extra 2 years honda warranty on top of that, if possible)

All i can say is go to NRMA website and look for a certified car inspector in your suburb or the suburb which the car is in that you are looking at.
When i bought my euro the first one i looked at looked ok from the outside and as usuall the owner said "no no its never been in an accident" complete BS! The authorised inspector wanted to take it to his shop but the owner did not let him, that was suss...
So he took it for a test drive and whilst on the test drive he took it to his shop! hahahaha what a legend. he put it on the lift and said, "as soon as i looked under the car it was obvious that it had been completely ridden off LOL" also the aircon did not work, head lights did not work on their own only in FLOOD MODE!
SO if i didnt get him to check it out i would have bought a peice of absolute crap shit heap.
After that i said stuff it im going to spend an extra 6 grand and buy a 06 model, i found one had it checked out and everything was sweet and it is my current euro. Absolutely emaculate and i love it.
SO DEFINATELY HAVE ANY CAR THAT YOU SERIOUSLY CONSIDER PURCHASING LOOKED AT BY AN AUTHORISED MECHANIC INSPECTOR, they are honest and very professional.
pauly.
