Diagnositics on Factory ECU

Hi,

I wanna do some diagnostic check on my factory ECU from my civic. I've read some US magazines and the plug and location of the plug that they give, I can't seem to find.

I know I have to jump some pins on the plug and the check engine light will flash at different sequences, depending on the fault.

Just wondering if any has had some experience doing this before and where I can find this plug.
