and he said in QLD if car broke in 2 week time they can get $$ back?

is that ture?

as far as i know he cant, but he can take it back to the mechanic that gave it a roadworthy and make them fix it.

I think hes just bullshitting you, but if it is actually true he bought the car in nsw not qld so he cant do anything.

u can just sell your car too him as is
he has to do the checks to see if the car is up to his standard
he also has to get a rwc from qld to rego the car in qld
once the money is handed over he has no leg to stand on
