Hi,
Following on from suggestions in a previous thread I have dedicated a contact point to keep a record of users in the marketplace who might be scamming members.
Please see the announcement (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/announcement.php?f=114&a=4)in any one of the marketplace forums for details. Note that the iTraders system is and shall remain the primary tool for providing feedback for transactions. The afore mentioned email address is only for serious cases and purely for keeping a log of complaints.
If people start using this contact option because say their items arrived 2 days later than they should have then I will reconsider whether it is worth while keeping it.
This is here for you own good guys/girls so please don't abuse it.
