hey guys.. how much should i lower my prelude so i can get max handeling? its stock right now.. tnx

yes. preludes for one look shit house not lowered.
depending on budget:
$400:
get some eibach, tein, or tanabe springs. don't get kings, they wont improve handling, and will probably sag over time.
$700-800:
get a set of koni yellow dampers, and lower the car via its perches. leave stock springs.
$~1000
get one of the above springs, along with koni yellows.
$1500+
get a set of coilovers. i recommend tein, tanabe, buddyclub. i wouldn't waste money on the cheaper ones such as d2's, g4's etc. for that amount of cash, i'd rather get the koni yellow/springs.
on a side note. if your not worried about the height, just get a whiteline 22mm rear sway bar. or just add to the above combo's.

Agree with everything Tim has said^^^
Ground Control coilover sleeves are also good and KYB shocks.
