I was looking at a honda integra 97 model vtir for $9500 without roadworthy and above 10k with it, The dealer needs to get his front window replaced because its been heavily scratched which is going to cost about 500$ tops i recon. 200,000km milage the car is in perfect condition i drove it around and enjoyed the drive. The paint from the side and the spoiler is starting to peal so its going to cost a fair bit of cash to get that redone. I have realised also that alot of integras paint on the spoilers are pealing? is this normal for a old car? I am still unsure with the price but I need some suggestions and advice from the tegra owners here. Thank you.

I'd offer max 6.5-7K for it by the sounds of things.
Few friends have Vti-R, and their paint isn't peeling off.

Is this one of the first you have looked at? If so, I recommend you look around for more.

Well the car also has 17 inch mags, sports suspension lowered and new timing belt, and apparently its been full serviced the lady has owned it for 10 years but i asked for the service books and she was only able to show like 2 pieces of paper so i dont think shes telling the truth. I'm looking really hard for one i am very sure im going to buy one but geeze the ones on the net are rip offs if you think something like this is going to 6.5-7k i cant drop her down to 9k btw im from melbourne so the prices here might be a bit more pricey.

I personally would not buy a car from a woman owner.

If she can't supply service history, don't bother IMO. Were the cam seals and water pump replaced with the timing belt? I also think 17's are too big for a DC2, and i'm sure people would agree.

Keep looking man, one will turn up soon! Just don't rush into it. I spent 6 months finding my DC2.
