Well as far as I know the F22B1 is the VTEC variant and the F22B2 is non-vtec. Both are SOHC and appear to have the same manifold.

I just need confirmation that they are the same...?

Yes they are the same, only difference is in the F22B2 the o2 sensor is located in the mainfold.
