K Series Heads

Just tryin to find the differences between the k series heads.

for e.g. jdm k20 head vs aus type r or type s head
or even accord euro heads and civic type r

Are there any casting differences or is porting and finishing the difference between k series heads. does anyone have a table or chart with different head listings with specs etc... and hwo much the flow (CFM)

i had a look through k20.org, they dictate how vtec works between the heads, porting and valvetrain differences, but is there actually any casting differences between k series heads.

e.g. if i were to build a head for a k series motor (cams, lifters, retainers, cam gears, valve guides, valves, valve springs etc...) with a good 4 angle cnc job. what head would i want to start base with, because i woodnt need all the goodies that come out of a type r head. To my knowledge k20a2 head is the best for the job, but i was wondering if other peeps have different opinions.
