map sensors

hey guys tried searching but couldnt find anything

i've got a OBDI b16a2 in my delsol, and the map sensor is on the firewall not the TB
just wanting to know can i get another map sensor from another car that has the map on the TB? and will it work? does it have to be from a b-series?
will i need one from an OBDI ecu or can i just grab one from any car???
