It's pot luck. I have a set of xforce extractors that they bought from a china copycat supplier (who sells on ebay as well) and they just tacked on an xforce badge on it.

ahh ok because one of my mates whos massivly into cars hadnt heard of them, and said they might have crap welds and lots of spatter on the weld which causes poor flow

Haha, on mine, the freaking flange is not flat! It burnt through the gasket and now I have to apply liquid gasket every 2 months.

The money spent to reweld it will cost more than the header. I'll just reseal it until I get some proper headers.

I'm in the inner west. How much would rewelding cost? I reckon going for Toda headers would be more beneficial.

I don't think Toda makes headers for the D series..... :(

genie can fabricate one if u're really keen... got quoted $1200 for mild steel... (that was for a 94 DC2...)

That costs more than a SS header from japan.

I have seen a fair few go by. I'd say 50% of them have clean welds, and actually sit flush against the block, where as the other 50% tend to leak, and don't sit flush against the block.

Personally i'd stay away from Xforce headers... but an Xforce cat back, meh, a B-pipe is a B-pipe.

Yeah i agree, ive heard mixed opinions on xforce headers.
some are perfect some are gay,
theres a chance u could get a crpa one, u dont want to risk your money on it tho.
if i were you, save up a little more and invest in a good known brand that will definitely be fine :)

my two cents.

Not always true, unless you classify BuddyClub as a 'good' brand? my Spec 3 pro's mid resignator blew in the first month. And as good as BC are (?), they refused to give me a refund or new exhaust.

ive got a dc2 with 4-1 x-force headers, havent had any probs, ive had them for a year or so. they give a slight rexxy sound, depends what you want to spend i paid $450 for em and they look just as good as the other brands, whether they perform as good i doubt it but seriously if your cars stock with no MAJOR mods or engine work your not goin to get a huge gain in kw's so whats the point of spending over $1000???

I'm sure everyone on ozhonda can vouch that they give like 150% more power increase than Toda headers...

Sorry i lied.
