when i had my mugen kit on my CL9 i had coilovers and i lowered it so that it was a 1.5 finger gap and that got me around alright....no need to go sideways over speedhumps or watnot.....but obviously u do still have to be careful as the kit itself is like u said, quite low

lucky star i believe..

but it all depends where you live, no such thing as a perfect height as it dependant on the owner.

for myself, i just clear my driveway and also works drive and speed humps at work, because i drive there so often.

so if i was you i would raise it to a height that just clears the areas/routes you go often

u can help urself by putting a large sheet of steel in ur driveway to help u with the slope

Can also put the aluminium alloy plates under the car like a rally car, also relatively lowering your Centre of Gravity lol
