View Full Version : Removing the bolts on Tps sensor??

hey guys

just if anyone knew how to remove the bolts off the Tps sensor from the stock throttle body?? cant fig out how help any1?

cut straight slot + flat head
or get flat head + hammer and slowly tap it out, anti-clockwise of course

eeerrr what really?

i thought this was going to be easy when my TB arrives.

know the thread size by any chance? may as well get proper screws for em...

it's like m5 screws or something
can't remember exactly, my tb's piled in a box somewhere hehe
get a max of 15mm though, any longer and you'll probably hit the casting

Use a flat head, and place on a slight angle on the edge of the bolt.. Tap the flat head lightly with a hammer... the outer ring of the screw will break away from the middle... At this stage you can use your hand to screw out the bolt..

You'll need new bolts after...

the delsols have a hex type screw...u just need the bit to get it off
no need for cutting slots in like other hondas
