repainting my car

Hi guys I was thinking of repainting my car into midnight purple either metallic or pearlescent but was told that there's many different variations of the midnight purple colour. My car is currently milano red. Does anyone have any suggestions or knows more about the different midnight purple colours and which one I should go for. Thank you.

i had my car fixed last week.. and i asked the guy at the shop how much it would cost to repaint my car he didnt even wanna tell me, he reckons it's too expensive and he goes the car is practically new dont even bother repainting it now.. but i wanna repaint it, not now but 5-6 months down the track and was wondering if anyone knows how much it would cost approximately. and the midnight purple colour looks very nice, i love it.

$5000 to $10000 would be my rough guess

comes down type of paint used, if they remove the engine to do the engine bay. then theres all the windows and trim to be removed and reassembled. Prepping the list goes on.

The other section of my work is a panel shop and the boss's son bought a brand new navara, just after buiying it he did a full respray on it cause it wasn't the blue he wanted.
