Wierd electrical problem

Driving tonight my Brake warning light came on the dash, thinking OK a blown globe, WTG little prelude for informing me, take 5 hot shot!

But no, my brake lights are both working albeit very dimly, now when I turn the headlights off and when I press the brake, the parkers and dash lights come on!

I recently installed a grounding kit and voltage stabilser.

What the Fandango?

pull your brake light globes out and take a look, sounds like the filaments on 1 of them have melted and are touching each other.

brake fluid reservoir topped up?

changed the globes, they visually looked OK, problem solved, must have been as described above.
