i can 100% confirm they WILL fit.

I have EK4 seats in a EG.

How ?

Swap INNER rails (next to handbrake) and mount with EG ones - (onto the EG seat) you can re use the outer rail.

i can also confirm the EK rail is a tiny bit higher than the EG rail.

My seats slant a tiny bit inwards lol ( EG inner and EK outer)

because those have the little spring bearing missing and seized lol. So in my travels if i happen to find some more ill grab em :D

yes. I forget exactly , but i swapped the entire rail + side mount over off the EG seat and onto the EK seat.
As suggested above , swap BOTH sides off the EG/DC seat to make the seat height even
