Anyone to help on ED6 Tailights

Hi I have an Australian Model civic 1990 hatchback And i would like to know if i buy USA Tail lights and head lights would they be able to fit in my car?

the tail lights should be the same man...but be careful with getting headlights and parkers...first find out if u have a pre-facelift or not...

the prefacelift parkers are a bit shorter and have the 2 screws on the side...

and the signal lights are shorter

the face lift parker lights are a bit longer and clip ons, no screws...

and the signal lights are longer, amber and a little bit of a clear extension

How about Projector Headlights and the Altezza taillights . To me they look the same not sure if they are? If you want to have a look at the lights.

those tail lights are fine...they didnt change in the 4th gen...

but those headlights are facelift ones...they look nice man!
