Hey guys, just a question

Are most people just bolting them into the floor pan?

I have a feeling that if i ever get a yellow and have to go over pits, they will instant fail for having a hole in the car lol

and not to add that this wont be good at all for corrosion.

thanks!

mine is just screwed through the carpet and into the floor pan, cant say i know the "legal" side of it but i highly doubt there would be anything wrong with it, i have never had a cop say anything about it

yah, that is what i was considering,

do your screws actually protrude out the bottom of your car though?

just thought id like to add that, ended up getting a bracket bolted straight onto the fd passenger seat rails will post up dimensions if anyone needs, fire extinguisher is now able to be tucked under the seat (or the seat slid over the top) to prevent people kicking it/hurting themselves etc.
