Hey guys, just wandering what type/make (OEM) are the spark plugs of Honda Accord 2005 Vti.

Just To add onto that:
I'm due for a 40,000kms service, rang around been quoted $500 +, asked for just the parts (spark plugs $9.45 each, 5L engine oil @ $37 Oil Filter @ $18 Air Cleaner Element @ $55) and just thinking of taking it to a local Ultra Tune and having them change the parts and stamp the book..
any thoughts/experience??? The stuff they write in the book (Will Inspect, rotate tyres is all talk, i asked last time why weren't the tyres rotated? answer was they didn't need to.. when the book says they had to be rotated..
Honda Service Book recommends Spark plugs be replaced @ 40k, i read some forums online stating platinum plugs need to be replaced @100k ??..
