My front passenger door rattles when you open/close it and generally all the time when driving. Add in the fact that the central locking on that door doesn't work and friends recently slamming the door way hard, I'm pretty sure it's all connected :thumbdwn:

Anyway, I'm not sure on how to take the door apart so if you guys can tell me how or link me to a guide, I'd much appreciate it :)

remove screw in the arm rest pocket
remove screw behind the door lever bracket
remove both them slowly pry the trim until the trim clips snap out
be careful around the top outer edge as sometimes where the bottom piece and top piece of the door trim will crack, you'll understand when you take a look at it

the rods for the lock may be loose
was the case with mine back a while ago, you can adjust it a bit

Hmm, I could only find one screw - http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee137/tahaha129/Photo-0078.jpg

This is what my door looks like [ http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee137/tahaha129/Photo-0077.jpg ] where would the other screws be?

Use small flat head screw driver to pry the speaker grille off (there are small gap like this [ ) there are 3 screws for the speaker and another 3 crews for the panel behind the speaker. There are another 2 screws at 2 ends of door grip behind the door grip cover, use big flat head screw driver to push the clip on the door grip cover (in front of door grip, near the power window switch) and pry it off. Remove all the screws, then just pull the panel off

Not too sure, tbh. I'm pretty busy so haven't gotten round to getting it off. I'll let you know once I find out.

take the door trim off, and go for a drive, or listen to the stereo, whatever one you think is making the noise

it my be the dorr handle rods rattiling on the frame, if so, put some foam between them etc

its usually the rods that are rattling. i fixed mine up once before and atm its not noticeable but my drive side doesnt even unlock properly! just cant seem to get it right.

when you say it rattles? do you mean like grunting sound or something? its happening to my car too.

It's like a something-hitting-metal sound; as if something loose inside the door is hitting against the sides

a grunt isnt a rattle

a rattle is like the noise a rattle can makes, from the metal ball hitting the metal can
