it just about fits
you need the foamy thing where the gear stick is inorder for it to look proper. (fills the gap)
and another thing is where the kick panels are on either side there will be no carpet. so best get the integra kick panels and mod them to fit.

why not just get a eg6 carpet
i got eg9 in mine + red type r floor mats = sexy time on the inside

or you could do ihearttheSSS's diy and dye it black...works out surprisingly well. costs about $20 to do
