Just changed plugs in my 'new' B16A and a couple of them had a fair bit of oil in there too - but as faras I can tell it's just spashed around from regular driving and servicing over time.

clean out the oil and ssee if it comes back... otherwise dont worry too much about it.

where was the oil> on the electrode or the top half (above the thread) of the plug? If its on the electrode area, its ur rings letting alot of oil through into the cylinders.

Its not normal and its not a good sign... unless u want an excuse to put in some forgies :P

Im guessing its on the top half side, What engine you running? Are the spark plug tube seals part of the rocker cover gasket (im not sure). If not replace them or silicon them up..

If its on the electrode side changes are you have excessive blowby from worn rings

when you replace your spark plug hole O rubbers you should also replace the rocca cover gasket. did you torque the rocca down and in the right order. some twin cams are fussy. make sure you replace all 4 O ring rubbers not just 1.

I always replace the rocca cover seal when I replace the spark plug seals, also make sure you put the four seals in the rocca cover 1st , make sure their recess is clean from oil and crap, make sure the head surface is clean and flat ( no scratches or sealant )

yer there all new n tightened properly is that the only place oil could come from if so its not really a big deal is it

not untill your engine starts to miss

the oil builing up in the lead tunnel causing the spark to travel through the oil to ground causing a miss

As everyone said already it is most probably from the O ring seals, so just check the surface and silicon it.
