How to access the suspension at the back of EK1 hatch?

Hi, I have coil overs and I really want to make the rear suspension softer...
so how can I do it without taking the suspension out ? I've seen picture which they access the suspension from the boot.

Also, is it turning anti-clockwise to make it softer or harder ?

you can access it by removing the rear speaker grilles then the speakers themselves.

and usually turning clockwise on the damper settings would make them harder (just like tightening a bottle cap). righty-tighty, lol.
