B18c should be at 81mm unless its been bored out. Yes CTR 81mm pistons will fit.

according to c-speedracing's (http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto/compcalc/compcalc.php) calculator, if you have a stock b18c2 and throw in a b16b's pct pistons you'll get a cr of about 12.04:1

whoa... so from 10:1 goes to 12.04:1
thats a big leap isnt it? would u need a stand-alone and tune or can u just run it as is?

When inquiring into rebuilding my engine DynoDave recommended to stick with ITR pistons as the CTR pistons raise compression much too high for a street integra, and wont run well without some serious work.
Stick with ITR for that slight boost in strength/compression, also get a 2-Ply Spoon/Mugen headgasket to raise compression slightly (between .2-.4 points according to the supporting websites). This will still be able to be driven well on the streets and have some good power gains. Not very good value for money though, more important if you want a full build.
