those were for the locally made ones. the bloke at tyrepower said they aren't as good as the japanese made ones, and they cost about $50 cheaper for locally made ones. i'm sure they are still fine as hell though

When i went to get mine the guy at BTC said there is no difference at all between Japanese and Australian made Adrenalin's. He had both in stock and let me choose.

My first set were from Japan and the 2nd is Australian. Bugger all difference. And if you must know they brought over the moulds that's why it's cheaper nowdays.

the only way they can give it at that price again is if they have excess stock from the sale.. their computers automatically update with prices from head office

just to add a comment irelevant to the price...

i only got these at the fronts at proxes 4s at the back... was doing 110hm/h on m5 on the weekend at ngiht (no cars) and slammed my brakes... although abs kicked in there was no traction loss :D very awesome!!! my 70% tread proxes 4s couldn't do that without chirping even with abs
