high comp 2l b18c block motor with no power

OK so i built a high comp b18c that is bored out to a 2 litre this is the specs
b18c sleeved and bored to 85mm
forged 85mm 12.5:1 comp cp pistons
carrilo rods
balanced crank etc
ported and polished ITR head
skunk 2 pro 3 cams
45mm ITBs
fluidampr race
moroso kickout sump
AEM adjustable cam gears
skunk 2 pro valve train
Apexi power fc comp

currently the motor has been run in and has been tuned by Race Solutions in penrith but is only pulling 128 kws and is taking upto 40 degrees ignition timing and doesnt ping even on standard pump fuel it has been compression tested and pulls from 245 psi to 195 psi through the cylinders...I just wanted some ideas of where to look at next cause Race solutions is out of ideas and im not wasting anymore money with them

i dont know a great deal about it... but isnt 40psi drop.. pretty average? how fresh is the engine?

What's your fuel system like?
Might be good to try another dyno in case theirs is a low reading dyno.
Also what's your A/F ratio

I wouldnt go Race solutions anymore if they think 245psi to 195 psi through the cylinders is normal.

The 245 to 195 difference is your answer there. You have to open up the motor to see what's going on. How can they run out of ideas with those figures?

maybe piston ring's aren't sealing the bore properly? could be bleeding of cylinder pressure into the crank case? or the valves aren't seating right? it could just need a valve lash adjustment? 40 psi is too excessive, in difference between cylinder's. and with your comp ratio you'd find somewhere between 10-20 degrees of advance could be needed for distributor ignition timing, depending on how you ECU's ignition timing has been calibrated?

Seriously... Come on...

If it is a NEW engine... It SHOULD have same compression across ALL cylinders...

195-245 means you have serious piston seal problems...

leakdown test time.

and find a new builder.

That's exactly what I said to them I'm going to fix it myself and get it tuned some where else they have no idea what they are doing
