How to post a thread in the Cars for Sale section?

I am looking to sell my car but for some reason it wont let me.

i get this error message

"aznalex, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

can anybody help me out with this?

I tried searching "Sell Car", i dont know what else

sorry realised i should have just searched the error message, came up with something i will read

i need 100 PQ point to get 1 green box which allows me to post that my car is for sale :l damn that is excessive

You got 1 green box, so you should have access to the sales section now.

You need one person with any number of green blocks to give you positive reputation in order to post a FS thread.
