so is a aftermarket cat back with a twin loop actually under 90db??
has anyone actually got tested by the cops or tested themselves to prove it.

Ssr header, xforce 2.5 inch cat back with cat and resonator and x force twin loop.
Test was done at engineering so what ever the EPA/ADR rpm requirements are. My intake is what makes all the noise.
And yes it is nice to be able to cruze around and not have exhaust noise all over the joint. Get enough road/tyre noise as it is lol
My DC2R was tested and past EPA with Mugen Intake, SMSP headers, Sard high flow cat and mugen twin loop exhaust.
Shiiieeet... a stock exhaust/intake system already peaks at around 87db, pretty impressive since most aftermarket system are well above 91db
It's good as it does not draw attention.
91dB on cartoons setup? Whoa how?
My old setup was PLM 4-2-1, no cat, 1 cheapy resonator and xforce twin loop on 2.5' mandrel bent b16a2, I was way above the 91dB mark @ 4k RPM. No way I'd pass EPA Noise Pollution test.
@amat01 - so what did u do to make it less than 91?
I was just thingking using a stock ek4 exhaust with a twin loop tip
