DC2R comes standard with the eyeball rear coilover set up .
I think most eg's use the fork type lower control arms .
If you have a DC2 Type R you have the eyeball design .
best thing to do is quickly go outside and check the bottom suspension of your car . you'll clearly see whether the forklike design goes over your lower control arm or goes between it .
its the eyeball ones,
I've been reading forums and they say i should get the HardRace LCA to fit the coilovers into my ITR suspension.
all im asking is that do i need more than just change my REAR LCA to fit the skunk2 pro c coilovers in my ITR.
They are most likely just recommending the hardrace lower control arms .
Im pretty sure you can use your stock DC2R Lower control arms , dont think you need anything else .
Im Running DC2R GAB SS coilovers with Function 7 lower control arms .
That is with the eyeball design in my eg , no problems .
before that set up i was running DC2R Cusco Coilovers with stock DC2R lower control arms , no problems .
Skunk2 pro C only came in a fork type , they never came in ball type.
To actually install them on your DC2R you need EG or DC2 VTIR standard rear lca or whatever brand out there that is fork type rear lca.
As EG5 Mentioned the skunk2 pro "c" is not existent for the Pure type r eyelet coilover, If you need some advice head over to JDMaccessories.com.au and chat to the guys there they sourced me out some coils for cheeeeapppp!!!!!
listen bys just answer my question without making it complicated, i have skunk2 pro c coilovers, what do i need to change on my 00 typeR in order to make them fit. thanks
