Urgent - problem with rev cuts, vtec and check light

I have some problem with the car at the moment

b16a gen1 pw0 ecu

Rev cuts between 7400 - 7900

Throw code 22 - pressure solenoid ??

Intermittent vtec on / off

b16gen1
full exhaust
intake
68mm tb
skunk2 i/m

obd0 pw0 ecu
apexi afc controoler

before i taught was the buddyclub vcon vtec controller that playing up.
so i rip that one out and check it again today on the dyno .

its seems that the problem still to be there.

I'm sourcing new vtec solenoid and pressure switch see if that clears it up.
but what puzzles me that it goes intermittent and the rev cuts was pretty low!

what i found that the rev cut on b16 gen one is about 8100/8200..

any idea where on what should i do?
