Pending mechanical checks and prices I don't see why not?
probably try double check the engine and vin numbers again/ check for yourself on the rego papers and the car itself.........
is the car registered? mismatched?
not being on revs is USUALY a good sign but its still important to inspect the car in every way (mechanicaly, body wise to c if its straight etc. Revs jus covers for major accidents which resulted in the car being a repairable ride off or if theres any cash outstanding on the car.
