5w Globe in my dash?

Hi I was looking to make my dash illluminate blue

I was planning to do this by putting the blue silicon covers over the bulbs (got em from repco)

anyways, I found that after I put the covers on, its not bright enuf.
I was wondering if the circuits could take a 5w globe or would that melt the back of my cluster?

I found it just uses T-10mm globes and I've found some 5w ones that'll fit
