custom rate springs? who makes them?
who makes custom rate springs for my eg hatch and how is it best to contact them? email/phone?
i am after ~12-14kg/mm front and ~8kg/mm rear rates.
i don't know how low i need tho. i have 15" wheels with 215/45 tyres and the springs i have now sit the top of the guard inline with the top of the tyre and this height is good. i don't know if the springs are low or super low. the lowest point on my car is my exhaust just after the final collector and it is about 95mm from the ground. how low is this approx in mm? then do i just quote i want a Xmm lower spring front @ 12kg/mm and a Xmm lower rear @ 8kg/mm for a honda 92 civic hatch? or will they need dimensions etc. sorry for my noobness. just wanna know what to say when i contact them.
how are these springs normally for fitment? for those wondering my current setup is whitline front cator kit, whiteline 22mm RSB, 21mm stock FSB (upgrading to front 24mm whiteline depending on under/oversteer balance)
kyb agx adjustable dampers and pedders springs. still feels soft. springs too soft.
i just spent heaps on my dampers then to find my springs are too soft and want to continue to use my existing dampers.
