DIY REQUEST - Slave cylinder check

Im after a diy to take slave piston apart (that pushes the release bearing fork onto the pressure plate) so that im able to re- lube it. This can be done by taking off the slave cylinder, but not sure how to do that either.

Wanting to do this because of a noise when the clutch is out, and could solve the issue, as previously had the same noise in my delsol, and changed the isb and thrust bearing and did nothing.
