Form 4 Warranty

Hi,

Just a bought a second hand car and I discovered there was rust on the sunroof. The car is still under the Form 4 warranty and was wondering if rust on the sunroof is covered under Form 4 warranty.

The dealer is saying it is not covered because it is wear and tear.

i agree with the dealer. its not like something has broken. its general wear and tear. should looked closer at it before you bought it
