I currently have stock DC2R suspension for my EG
I've found a set of Eibach springs suitable for the Civic ED.
Can i use these springs with DC2R shocks?
If so, would the springs have a different spring rate not suitable for the EG?

ED springs are wound for the weight of an ED; EG springs are wound for the EG, which is a heavier car. Your EG will sit lower because the springs will "give" under the weight - they will also be shagged pretty quickly resulting in a very bumpy (bottoming out) ride.

Thanks Peter.
I found some time earlier today at lunch to google it. From what i could find the springs will fit, but as you've suggested the car will not sit / handle correctly.
Back to the drawing board.
Sorry to intrude, but saying I fit EG springs to my ED... Super low springs lets say... The springs will handle the ride, but will it still be super low? or will it be higher than what it should be?
i cant really find springs for a ED, so looking to compromise...
it wil bve slightly higher, and will also be stiffer
not such a bad thing for handling
EG Superlows on an ED will give about a 2 finger gap allround

They're what i was about to buy before i realised they were designed for older civics.
Great springs, but not if you want the car to be super low
