I got headers, then a test pipe, the the rest is stock to a cannon tip.

VTEC does scream more with headers, its very noticable

its definately worth getting the rest of the system
your half way there already anyway, a good cat and a and S pipe is all you need

but in answer to your question youll still get gains from just the headers
