New here - 05 DC5 Luxury

Hey guys,
My name's Julie. I'm a newcomer to the forum and have decided to introduce myself with my new baby. It's my FIRST car (yes it's my FIRST!). I just bought it a month ago. Before buying this ride, I thought of getting the Lexus IS200 but after looking at the facelift DC5 - I just can't go past it :p.

So here it goes:
- 2005 Integra Luxury (Semi-Automatic)
- Black
- 106,XXX kms
- Completely stock

This is what I plan to do to my ride:
- Type R spoiler DONE!
- 18" wheels DONE!
- HIDs DONE!
- Double din DVD player, subwoofer, speakers, splits
- Lowered
- Mugen pedals DONE!
- Car wash :D DONE! (every 2nd week hehehehe)

Nice choice for first car. the IS200 would had been a nice car 2.

That's a reasonable plan list that's very achievable. If you search the for sale section every now and then, you might be able to find yourself a good deal on used parts that may interest you.

did the fog lights come with your car when you got it or did you put it on yourself?

foggies came factory optioned! i figured yours did to as its luxury?
ive got a thread on mine with the stereo setup if ur intrested i wont hijak urs lol

I don't have fog lights on mine. The first owner didn't choose it as an option :(
I was thinking of getting some aftermarket ones because genuine OEM ones are a bit pricey $$ but I don't know where to get them from :(

Nice to meet you too. How much were your springs? I was thinking of getting TEINs. How much did you drop it?

Their about a 2.50" - 3.00" drop all around, about $350 new & about $200 second hand.

Check out the traders section theres always something up for sale which is usefull.

try lowering your car at the same time you put your rims on to 1)save time & 2)check for bumber clearance.

Im also a pretty enthusiastic driver so that definantly contributed to the front lip

Oh I see. That's not bad. Where did you get them done at? Are you considering of getting coilovers?
I have my eyes on a set of wheels but the springs - just looking around and see what's good or not.
If I saw that on my car, I would literally cry.
