to DIY - You can buy a cheap(ish) press from Supercheap - thats what I did - but then I spent a bit more replacing the jack with a higher quality one. I also had to replace bracings with stronger steel ones (easy - just go to a metal shop like ezi-steel and ask them to cut 'em for you). All in all, I spend about $200 ~ $250 on the tools but I have a tool that's proven useful more more than just pressing bushes...I now change my own bearings as well...  :-D

Alternatively, there are a number of aftermarket control arms that you can buy that already have bushes in them. Looks bling...
