Dude there is a button on our menu bar that reads "search" if you use that you wouldnt have to waste everyones time including yours!
Knock Knock wakey wakey.....
i think you'll find one has an extra cam
which d16 are you talking about? i have a d16a8 dohc.
you might wanna do a search too. i think its already been covered
one has a "D" and the other has a "S" thats about it. nothing major. just a marketing scheme created by honda to sell more cars.
The 'S' stands for "Slap on a turbo", 'D' stands for "Don't have to unless you're really keen"
There is some great wealth of information on the Howstuffworks webiste on camshafts, and other basic noob questions on cars.
For people who want to learn fast about cams (DOHC/SOHC):

hmmm....i think you need to do abit more research...
everyone at one stage was a noooob
Double Over Head Cam
Single Over Head Cam
Depends on the Engine...
The 4 digit engine code does not specify how many camshafts are on the engine..

SOHC = 1 cam shaft and less moving parts (usually).

DOHC seems to be the trend with erformance engines - but that's not to say you can't have a performance modded SOHC.
