FD coilover help needed
hey guys...i was trying to install my coilovers on my FD last night and i ran into a problem.
I can't move the brake component at all...it's just stuck in that position. So i don't know if i've screwed something up?
I'm trying to move the blue circled areas so i can meet them up but it doesn't budge (attatching the coilovers to the brake component). I was thinking it might be the part circled in red that's stuffed up?

I'm located in templestowe, VIC if anyone wants to come over and help...just pm me.
THanks guys!

hey mate, yea this is a main problem in the fd that the cv joints always pops out
same with me twice and others...
u basically have to "align" the red circled ones so that it pops back in...
my mate did a diagram here
http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=122246
best method, move it around and place a jack under the disc brake and jack it up so its perfect alignment and with hope and patients and sweat and frustration and swearing u will be able to pop it back it
it will take time
it took us 10 hours straight
best of luck mate and i can feel ur frustration

Yes as tim said above, you popped the cv joint out...
Just align it slowly and hopefully you get it back in
Patience is the key to this...

ok sweet...i managed to pop it back in...now how do you take off the rear springs/this bolt in the boot.

As i turn the bolt...the rubber thing underneath it turns as well...

u need to use an allen key at the top of the bolt...this will hold it down
