What performance upgrade shd i do? - NSW
Hi,
My godamn bottom end is gone i think....so I gotta change the engine or something !!!! SO i wanna ask u ppl what to do...and where to ask better than ozhonda !!
MY options are :
pop a new Si
pop a new VTEC
I got a 93 Si Prelude should i rebuild the motor and turbo it ? or Supercharge it ? or Get a H22a swap....money is issue too !!
Where do i go in Sydney...who has teh engines...what to look out for...etc etc etc

you need to do alot of research if you dont know what you want for you and your car.
and alot of money too.
The H22A is the more worth while conversion and is definetely not regretable. Although it is what the bank account allows you to do.

cant you just do an engine rebuild!?
if spending that much money might as well spend a bit extra and get something u can be *more* proud of ..not to mention 200hp of goodness
Some H22a's Came out with 220hp (import engines) im on the search for one now but that would be the best option - pending how much u want to spend. I think u will have enough fun with the N/A engine rather than boosting it in my opinion.

its the difference between the h22a1's and h22a4's.. dont u have a h22z az?
You'd be looking at around 6 grand for a h22a conversion id be guessing, id try and know the engine code's and revisions so atleast u know what your looking for... You have a h23 atm.
