Braking

Hey guys, today after a highway drive back from uni i heard a clunk under the drivers side and it sounded like something fell off under the car or i hit something hard metal..

Anyways, whenever hard braking since that moment the front axel clicks really bad and yeah..

I don't know what the **** it is but im getting this checked out ASAP.
Any ideas?

Cars in the shop for 3 days for replacement of front bushes on the z bar and or shit related to the front suspension and braking system :(

Yeah, theres alot to be fixed.
Im gonna take it in week by week steps to get everything repair that needs to be done.
