FM transmitter/reception issues

Hi guys,

Well for a few years ive been driving a Honda civic 1990 and went through various solutions to use iPod. I found that the products from Monster have been really good, offer the best clarity and sound.

Of course now that Im driving a CL9 I have heard various things about Icelink and other aftermarket solutions that plug directly into the headunit and offer steering control support.

However when i use my FM transmitters now on station 88.1(standard) and a clearer channel 99.7, i always get the Euro's radio picking up non-existent stations? As in these stations if i have the FM transmitters unplugged do not occur. Im just wondering if the use of these FM transmitters have been causing the radio to be extra sensitive because if i set it on 88.1 i can pick up other fm transmitters from people in the cars next to me.

Anyone have the same problem/know what it could be?
