Peak power @ 7,600rpm
Red line @ 7,900rpm
Thanks,
Peter
FYI >>
JDM Gen2 B16A
Peak power @ 7,800 RPM
Red line @ 8,200 RPM
Rev Limit @ 8,800 RPM
You don't want to set it to your cutout ?
Test it for yourself! Only one way to find out..... god speed!
the civic coupe 1999-2000 the redline is 8000 and cut out is 8200ish
When it starts valve bouncing, your there. Set it at 7,500rpm to give yourself time to react and grab the next gear.
thanks for all the replies,
I appreciate it.
Peter
in actual fact,
redline ECU cut = 8115rpm, just looks like 8200 on the tacho
but taking it to about 8150 would keep your revs in the 6grand mark...
kaakkakaak
i would shift just before cut off in a crazy scenairo for the best times... unless go get a cam gear and drop the power band and you can shift at about 7800 or 8..
