Hey guys I'm new to Honda scene I got an eg I wana do a swap soon...i want to know about the vtir integra b18c2 motors..are they better conversion to do then a b16a?
If so what are the price difference and difficulty level with the conversion? Compared to the b16a's

Id pick a b18c2 over a b16a coZ its got 125kw and more torque then a b16. Very common engine conversion

Ok sweet seems like b18c2 I a winner then ...what's price value of them any way...I'm sure it's cheaper then type r motors right? By the way how much u selling your b18 for? Better start saving and Gona get extra cash from eofy will start doing a build thread
difficult of dropping in compared to the b16 is the same. just drop in and wire it up.
b18c2 for sure, but if u want- put a b16a gearbox onto the motor. short ratios.
c2's go for around 2.5-4k now days
I'd go B20VTEC with a B16A head. Otherwise I'd go B18C7 or JDM B18C. Would consider B16A or B18C2 a bit of a waste of time when you can pay just a bit more money and get much better results than what the B16A or B18C2 would yield.
i doubt its abit more for a b20vtec conversion / or b18c7 over the price of a c2 lol ... but yea if the OP has the funds then yes go for it =)
b18c2 but get b16a or type r gearbox as the b18c2 box makes it a nugget
I was having similar thoughts on engine swapping.
Ended up going with b16a2 due to the the price difference from
B18c2/c7
I figured from the money I would be saving from doing a cheaper swap I could spend on mods to get my b16a2 running well & hopefully quicker then b18c2 :D
