Lip Kit help

Im looking at a lipkit and i have found a cheap OEM style replica. the only differnce between this one is shipping is not $500. my question is wat is / is there a difference between Hand Laid RESOFLEX FRP and Flexible FRP (Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic).

Also, if it is primmed in Black Gelcoat will that be harder or easier to paint?

typically you rub the gel coat back and reprep the items to remove any possible high or low points,

As for the material, for all intents and purposes with out getting into the tech side its the same
