DC2R Lip bolts

Was wondering on the bolt sizes on the bottom of the Type R lip as I have found some of them missing.

Would I be able to buy them from part stores or only from honda?

Would they be clips instead of bolts? Any other methods of getting them together instead of cable-tie?

just saw mine again and theyre 10mm on the sides, and 8mm in the middle.

probably the thread of the bolts are inncorrect or something
