S2000 Rims

Hoping someone can help. I have discovered the following picture of an s2kand quite like the rims. Can anyone tell me what brand they are?

i'm sorry but that is one ugly front bumper. what was going through the mind of whoever designed it? :S

They're the Advan RG-II;

I dont mind that front bumper actually, but not the lamp covers in that colour. I think they are normally clear.
