the is no part number for that part !!
there is only 2 solutions... you find that part on another block
or you use a freeze plug l... measure the exact hole size and use the freeze plug that fits... you can put a little bit of locktite all around the freeze plug to make shure it stays there...
nothing can make this pop out if it is installed correctly...

most of the k24 block have nothing there... the plug is not on that part it is BEHIND the big plug on top of the oil filter location... and this big plug is not there...
